Eric Bruner
Chief Executive Officer
Eric Bruner founded Aculon in 2004. At Aculon he has helped develop and commercialize numerous products and helped Aculon grow from a start-up into a profitable company. Eric earned his Master of Science degree in 2000 and his Ph.D. in Chemistry from Princeton University in 2002. Prior to Princeton, Eric earned a B.S. degree in Biochemistry with Honors from UCSD, where he also distinguished himself as an 8-time All-American Swimmer and served as the President of the American Chemical Society Student Affiliates.

Vice President of Technology
Coinventor of Aculon’s underlying science. Author of core Aculon patents and lead Aculon technology development. Ph.D. in Chemistry from Princeton University. B.S. in 2001 from Rutgers.
William Aw
Vice President Sales, Asia
William has more than 30 years of solid track record in sales, marketing, and design-in within the electronic component, specialty chemical, automation and nano technology industries.
Prior to joining Aculon Inc, William drives the water proofing businesses for Semblant with the world’s top mobile phones makers. AS A founding member for Indium China, William has been instrumental in building up high performance sales, technical and customer service teams which fuel the company’s future growth.
William earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and Management from University of San Francisco.
Rosalinda Laguna
Director of Business Administration
With more than 30 years in business management, Rosalinda's leadership manages the day to day operations within Aculon.
Rosalinda earned her Bachelor's in Quantitative Economics and Decisions Sciences with minors in Mathematics, Physics and Political Science at the University of California, San Diego. She earned her JD/MBA from University of San Diego with an emphasis in International Economics. She has her Real Estate Certificate as well as her US/Mexico Business Certificate with experience in Real Estate Acquisitions and Construction. Rosalinda has also served in several board of directors and committees as well as received several awards for her volunteer services.
Junsun Kim
Financial Controller
As Controller, Jun leads the day-to-day operations of the Finance department and manages the production of financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. He also oversees tax compliance and required filings to ensure accuracy and regulatory alignment across the organization.
Jun holds a Master’s in Accounting and a B.A. in Mathematics, with minors in Computer Science and Physics. With over a decade of accounting and leadership experience, he has managed teams both domestically and internationally and has supported complex business operations through ERP migrations and the ongoing management of ERP systems with multiple integrations.
Paul Lord
Director Business Development, Energy Market
Paul is a seasoned oil and gas professional with 26 years of experience working with top tier technologies for operators and service companies. He has spent over 12 of those years focused exclusively on product management, where he has taken technologies from the initial proof of concept stage to full commercial development.
Prior to Aculon, Paul worked for Halliburton as the Senior Product Manager in charge of the Production Enhancement global chemicals portfolio. Other roles he held at Halliburton include Sr Product Manager of Multi-Chem external chemical sales, Product Manager of Halliburton Water Solutions, and Research and Development Manager of Sand Control product service line. Paul has numerous patents and publications related to the field of the oil and gas industry.
Paul earned his Master of Business Administration at Oklahoma State University and his Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry.

Matthew D. Healy, PhD., obtained his MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
Gregory Vertelov
Senior Director of Operations & Commercialization
Gregory Vertelov brings more than two decades of experience in organic chemistry, surface science, nanotechnology, and regulated manufacturing environments. He received his Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry and spent ten years in academia across France, Russia, and the United States, applying his expertise to surface chemistry, advanced materials, and nanotechnology, and authoring multiple scientific papers and patents.
During his time at Princeton University, Gregory worked with technologies and concepts that form part of Aculon’s current platform. He later spent 15 years in the biotechnology industry in highly regulated GMP environments, where he led teams in Research & Development, Process Development, and Quality Control. His work included technology transfer, process optimization, cross-functional leadership, regulatory compliance, and commercialization of new technologies.
At Aculon, Gregory leads Operations and Commercialization, applying his deep technical background and management experience to scale production, streamline quality systems, expand manufacturing capability, and support customers with advanced coating solutions.
