Aculon is pleased to announce new leadership for our European business and the relocation of our business development activities from Amsterdam, Netherlands to Dusseldorf, Germany. Dusseldorf is a critical technology & chemical hub. Our European business development efforts will be led by Sven Marienfeld who will serve as Aculon’s European Sales Manager. Sven was previously the Key Account and Sales Manager for Akzo Nobel Chemicals GmbH. Prior to Akzo Nobel Sven had extensive at HC Starck GmbH and Bayer AG.
In addition, Dr. Jens Kohnert will serve as Aculon’s Global Business Development Manager helping grow the Europe business and helping build Aculon’s global membrane and particle treatment business. Prior to Aculon Jens was the Sales Director for Polymer-Chemie GmbH, and before that the Market Development Manager for Kraton Polymers. Jens has extensive business development experience commercializing novel membrane applications amongst others.
Caplinq, our existing European logistics partner will continue to work closely with Aculon’s new European leadership and continue to provide excellent logistics and fulfillment support for our European customers.
