Hydrophobic Oxide Reinforced Polymer Coating
Aculon’s hydrophobic oxide reinforced polymer coating materials bond with almost any oxide reinforced polymer to form nanoscale coatings that are water-repellent, hence hydrophobic, and with anti-smudge characteristics that make for very easy clean polymer surfaces. Aculon’s hydrophobic polymer treatments form nanoscale layers which effectively repel water, dust, oil, and dirt, thus rendering them much easier to clean. You can apply Aculon’s innovative hydrophobic coating technology quite simply via several different application methods, all of which do not require any specialized equipment. Most of Aculon’s hydrophobic polymer treatments are also (oleophobic) as well, meaning they also repel oil.
